Certified Training Courses


JVS works with employers to identify an industry’s employment needs, then works with agencies that certify and/or license in that field to develop a curriculum that exceeds their standards, customizing them to meet your needs. We currently offer certified courses for Pharmacy Technicians, Home Health Aides, and Apartment Maintenance Technicians.  Some of the courses include externships, which give trainees real-world experience and you real-life experience with the potential employee.  (note: Links to the appropriate training class pages)

JVS recruits individuals who have the aptitude and interest to work in that field. We conduct background checks and drug screens to ensure they meet your hiring requirements. You may be involved in the recruitment process to the degree you would like.

In addition to providing job skills training, we provide life- and career skills training, such as conflict management, financial literacy, and time management. We also maintain contact with the graduates to ensure they have a smooth transition to employment.
