At JVS, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to fulfill their own potential and contribute to society—including people with disabilities. That’s why we offer vocational rehabilitation to adults with physical, psychological, developmental, cognitive, and emotional disabilities. We provide the individualized assistance necessary to enable them to be successful in the workforce—and the larger world.

Thanks to the strides that have led to greater accessibility and inclusivity throughout society, individuals with disabilities are now able to pursue a wider range of career opportunities than ever before. Our individualized approach is both high-tech and high-touch, which enables us to bring out the best in people, identify their strengths, and open the door to new and exciting employment possibilities for each of our program participants.

JVS Counselors provide on-the-job coaching for as long as needed. Thanks to NJ’s Long Term Follow Along program, counselors may continue to work with participants indefinitely.
