Our workforce development model is based on a two-fold value proposition. We help employers determine their needs, then recruit, train, and support people to meet those needs.  We help people who face barriers to employment develop job readiness skills so they can find and keep good employment with career paths.

We can develop a customized training course solely for your company or you may opt to “sign up” for several slots in one of our certified training programs.  At any given time, we have hundreds of applicants looking for employment in a wide range of fields.
